As an Instrumental Engineer, you will be at the heart of our plant's operational reliability — managing and developing our Distributed Control System (DCS), maintaining field instrumentation, and driving continuous improvement across process automation.

💼 Key Responsibilities
• Operate and continuously develop the DCS system to ensure stable and efficient plant operation
• Configure DCS hardware and software and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
• Perform troubleshooting and replacement of instrumentation equipment as required
• Plan and actively execute plant turnaround tasks and activities
• Carry out standby duties related to DCS and field instrumentation systems
• Coordinate and supervise the work of external subcontractors on-site
• Manage spare parts processes including recording, monitoring, tendering, and purchase orders
• Maintain and update Process Control System documentation
• Participate in development projects and contribute to instrumentation system improvements
• Comply with and enforce all corporate safety, health, and legal requirements
✅ Requirements
• Hands-on experience operating and configuring Distributed Control Systems (DCS) in industrial environments
• Practical experience in field instrumentation maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement
• Relevant technical degree in instrumentation, electrical engineering, or automation
• Experience preparing and executing industrial plant turnaround and shutdown activities
• Ability to coordinate and technically supervise external subcontractors and suppliers
• Proficiency in SCADA systems and process automation software
• Knowledge of PLC programming and configuration
• Spare parts management experience including tendering and purchase order processes
• Commitment to occupational health, safety, and fire protection standards
• Functional English language proficiency for technical documentation
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements is an advantage
• Familiarity with IIoT sensors, digital twin technology, or industrial cybersecurity is a plus
